Orders are delivered within Malaysia using Grab and Lalamove. The carrier is chosen based on your location and parcel size to give the fastest reliable option.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered using Grab and Lalamove within Malaysia. Expect one-day delivery within Kuala Lumpur and two to three days for destinations beyond the Klang Valley. Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary with carrier availability, weather and public holidays.
Dispatch & tracking
In-stock orders confirmed before 1pm (MYT) are typically dispatched the same business day. Tracking details are shared once your order is on the way.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items are packed appropriately for short-transit local delivery.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Malaysia only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, the carrier may re-attempt or hold the parcel. Additional delivery fees for re-attempts may apply.
