1. Research use only

All products sold by Doctides are intended strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are not for human or animal consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are acquiring products for lawful research purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and your locality.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where pricing was listed in error, or where we believe the order breaches these terms. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. Online payment methods are being finalised; until then our team will confirm your order and arrange payment directly. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within Malaysia using Grab and Lalamove. Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctides is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
